50th Anniversary and Appreciation Day

T. H. Stone Memorial St. Joseph Peninsula State Park is celebrating 50 years as a state park from 11:00 am - 4:00 pm EST on November 5, 2018!
On September 6th, 1967 the park was dedicated in honor of Terrell Higdon Stone. T. H. Stone was a community leader and owner of the property prior to being designated as a state park. The park and CSO will recognize and show appreciation to the T. H. Stone family, previous managers, organizations, staff, volunteers and visitors who have helped support the Park for the past 50 years. There will be music, food, displays and fun family activities.
We will hold the Friends of St. Joseph Bay State Parks annual meeting at 11:00 a.m.
